Alber Elbaz Does Beauty

Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz is collaborating with Lancome on his first beauty venture, a limited edition collection launching June 15th. We're so excited to see how his chic, irreverent illustrations will play with Lancome's iconic packaging. Here's a teaser that was released today.

Makeup Imitates Art: MAC Illustrated Bags!

MAC has teamed up with three brilliant illustrators to create these functional works of art. Celebrating Pop Art, Abstract and Art Deco, these limited edition makeup bags are available now at MAC. Known for his bold, expressive style, Francois Berthoud creates a Pop Art inspired bag.

These every day bags were created by Julie Verhoeven. Her signature witty style portrays abstract faces and a heavy dose of color.

Nikki Farquharson created this art deco inspired bag. The pattern appears inside and out; The black and white background really make the blue, red and yellow pop.

MAC Limited Editions - Office Hours

A lovely take on long wear, MAC has just introduced six new shades to their MAC Pro Longwear Lipglasses range. As always, in the style of MAC, the launch has taken on a unique concept - Office Hours. The lipglass is said to last up to six hours - a refreshingly real number for 2012 as up till now we have heard every wild claim up to 24 hours!

Tiny Bubbles! Vaseline Does Decadence

We all know the amazing skin benefits of good old fashioned Vaseline, and who doesn't love champagne... Well here we get a little of both. Vaseline has launched a limited edition flavor inspired by French champagne - Pink Bubbly! The product is housed in a newly designed Lip Therapy tin and will be available at Selfridges exclusively for a week until it's released to grocery stores. To celebrate, Vaseline created a pop up shop within Selfridges where they held party/interactive event called "Post a Toast". The launch will build on the success of last years limited edition - crème brulée.

Mac has once again joined with Dutch designer Marcel Wanders to create a limited edition collection. The range is available this month in US and UK markets and the packaging is very much an encore to the very well received, first collection.

Estee Lauder Mad Men Limited Edition

This month Estee Lauder will be releasing a limited edition collection inspired by AMC hit drama Mad Men. Shade palettes were created based on the beauty looks seen on the show and the packaging is reminiscent of the 1960's era.

Here Comes the Sun

Topshop's new limited edition, capsule collection was inspired by The Burning Man Festival in Nevada. The Sandstorm Collection for Spring/Summer 2011 still carries Topshop's signature look, but this collection feels a bit more special with gold, tone on tone packs and seasonal shades with a sun-bleached feel.
